DISCLAIMER
We issue you a one-day Boater's license, which will allow you to drive any of our Jet Skis for the duration of your rental. You must have in your possession a valid government ID and a credit card to operate any of our Jet Skis. All drivers and passengers must be unintoxicated to rent a watercraft from Maritime Water Sports Inc. The minimum age for a passenger is 8 years old. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to sign a waiver. If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must have a parent or legal guardian present with you to sign your waiver and to accompany you on the Jet Ski. Maritime Water Sports Inc. reserves the right to decline any potential client if the conditions are not met or if it's not safe to do so. All renters will need to stay within a dedicated zone that is approximately 2 nautical miles from shore.

TERMS & CONDITIONs
All drivers will be required to sign a Release of Liability Waiver. Maritime Water Sports asks all customers to arrive 15 minutes prior to their booking time. We require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Refunds will not be issued within 48 hours of departure. There is a 50% cancellation fee on all late cancellation notices. Maritime Water Sports Inc. reserves the right to cancel or alter any trip due to conditions beyond our control.
